For The Record

Not only am I running, but I’m doing push-ups and crunches before I run. Today I did 70 push ups and 50 crunches. And to top it off; I ran my fastest mile today! 11:26!

    Srsly, other than the running part, I feel more motivated to get back in exercise mode hearing others -like you – pushing it. (I’ve never liked running, preferring to bike or swim. And I just bought a bike yesterday, so my own push begins this weekend).
