How It Works

15 minutes at a time. I study for 15 minutes, listening to relaxing music. My alarm goes off and I do something completely different for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, when I’ve finished an hour of actual study (sans the breaks) I take at least a half hour or more break before resuming. So far it’s working. I get more done than if I tried to cram everything into my brain without any breaks.
